[Bug 99281] GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0x5bca7be0 after wakeup from hibernate

After having no problems for the last 3-4 resumes from suspend-to-disk, I just
had an issue:

The secondary screen was blank and the computer was frozen for a few seconds
after the last wakeup.

/sys/class/drm/card0/error says no error state collected. Xorg.0.log has
nothing regarding the video card. The only thing I could find was these
messages in dmesg:

with -22
[35583.753334] [drm] RC6 on
