[Bug 98354] Black screen at video stop

Bump, rarely problem reappear also with 4.9 kernel

Tried a 24p movie

First play and stop ok (movie start and set 24p from 50hz)

Second play same result

Third play screen set correclty 24hz and stop result in Black screen in 50hz 

Solution Press play again (when screen is Black) and movie restart
