Patch: start the poll as the last thing on nouveau resume

Gleb,

can you test this patch on top of 4.10-rc3 + patch1+patch1.5 (w/o and w/o
"nouveau.runpm=0") and on top of 4.10-rc3 + patch1+patch1.5+patch2?

In theory this should fix the race. It is not a correct fix, but the way how
the kernel behaves will help to narrow down things and come up with a proper
solution. I hope.

Thanks,
Péter
