Hi Jani,

We don't have enough information to move forward with this.  The bind failure
log does not seem related and we haven't seen it happen again in the CI with
more meaningful logs.  

Since this didn't trigger anymore and I can't make it happen in my HW, I am not
sure how to follow on with it.
