DP with any kind of dongles display get blank screen after resuming from S3 and
never wake up 

==Steps to reproduce==
--------------------------------------------------
Connect platform to DP using required dongle
Turn device ON
Verify that GFX interfaces is up without any corruption
Send to S3 state (echo mem > /sys/power/state)
Wait 10 seconds and wake up device

==Actual results==
--------------------------------------------------
all screens gets blank screen after resuming from S3 state

==Expected results==
--------------------------------------------------
GUI should be displayed without any issues

is not possible to recover the kernel log file, because the computer never come
back.
