Bug detailed description
=======
Haswell fails to return from S4 state with configurations 
SST2 HDMI + DP + HDMI - 4k and 
SST2 HDMI + DP + HDMI + 4k
What happens is that the display connected via DP + HDMI resumes with no video.

Reproduce Steps
==============
Connect both HDMI and DP + HDMI displays
$sudo su
#echo disk > /sys/power/state
Wait 10 seconds
Turn the DUT back on

Expected Result
=============
Both displays should resume with video signal

Actual Result
===========
One of the displays fail to resume with proper video signal
