Ah, OK. drm-intel (as with all fd.o projects) accepts patches from anyone: you
don't need an SSH account to contribute. Once you have your patch, you can send
it to intel-gfx at lists.freedesktop.org using git-send-email. I suggest reading
https://dri.freedesktop.org/docs/drm/gpu/introduction.html#contribution-process
and the document it links to about the general kernel contribution process.
Closing for now, but please reopen if one of the developers invites you to
apply for an account to commit patches directly.
