Linux 4.14 message with `drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=5M` (DP 1.2 in monitor
enabled)

Ok, Aaron’s answer in the thread *Can't enable 60hz with display (Dell
UP2414Q)* for Nvidia gave the right clue.

> You have to drive the monitor in MST mode to get 60 Hz.

It turns out, that DP 1.2 was disabled in the monitor menu. Now, 60 Hz are
detected.

Unfortunately, with GDM and Xfce 4.12, I have the same problem, that this is
treated as two monitors.
