yes it's for same bug, Let me correct little-bit here, Interlace more (IF-ID)
with Y-tiling is not supported in Gen9+, below is the link for patches.

yes Please check with latest commit. Now commit will fail instead of corrupted
image, because we use IF-ID for Interlace mode.
