error output

sometimes takes 12 hours sometimes every 2m... all depends on the GPU/DRI etc..
I have a jpg of the actually dmesg output but wont let me attach more than one
file.. I will in the comment if I can..
but error goes along the lines:

GPU HANG: ecode XXXXXXX in Kwin_x11, reason Hang on rcs0, action reset  then it
tells me to fine a report with the file attached

before and after this msg I get TONS OF:
[DMA READ] Request device [00:02.0] fault addr 24f1000 [fault reason 05] PTE
Write access....
DRHD: handling fault status reg 2

and similar as above with [fault reason 23] Unknown
and DRHD status reg 3

This started like 1 week a go
not sure if is my hardware that is faulty (is been working fine for 1 year) or
and Xorg update...
