I get screen flickering and dmesg output with

 [drm:intel_cpu_fifo_underrun_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO
underrun

I saw all other bugs about it, but they are all flagged as fixed in 4.6 kernel.
Well it is not, here is what I am using

uname -or
4.13.4-200.fc26.x86_64 GNU/Linux

It is Fedora 26, fully updated, no tainted flags in kernel. Hardware is Dell
Latitude e5470 with 6440HQ and Intel graphics only (no discrete). Using wayland
but it is same under X, I tried. Tell me if you need more info.
