The fi-bxt-dsi fail on igt at kms_flip@basic-flip-vs-wf_vblank

IGT-Version: 1.19-gc718ba80 (x86_64) (Linux: 4.13.0-CI-CI_DRM_3087+ x86_64)
Using monotonic timestamps
Beginning basic-flip-vs-wf_vblank on pipe A, connector DSI-1
  1920x1200 60 1920 1960 2000 2040 1200 1204 1208 1212 0xa 0x8 148350
Expected frametime: 16667us; measured 16625.7us +- 6.118us accuracy 0.11%
vblank interval differs from modeline! expected 16666.5us, measured 16626us +-
6.118us, difference 40.8us (6.7 sigma)

Note this has test has also previously failed when we had the. "*ERROR* Video
mode command 0x00000041 send failed." see BUG 102404. I.e. failed results
precedes dmesg-warn.
