hbr compressed audio fix by programming ICT bits

Attached is a patch which fixes the HBR compressed audio playback issue. Tested
with below command and also tested with Kodi on ubuntu:

aplay -D 'hdmi:CARD=PCH,DEV=0,AES0=0x6' -c8 -fs16_le -r192000 thd.spdif
