gpu crash dump
This GPU hang occurs sometimes when playing a video (usually H.264) with mpv
(vo=opengl, opengl-backend=x11egl, hwdec=vaapi). The libva intel driver was
build with the g45-h264 branch [1].

[ 3120.857550] [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 4:2:0x74080006, in mpv/vo [1191], reason:
Hang on vcs0, action: reset
[ 3120.857553] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.
[ 3120.857554] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[ 3120.857556] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
[ 3120.857557] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.
