            Bug ID: 106127
Summary: [CI] [Intel-GFX-CI] shards may get killed early,
                    creating more incompletes
           Product: DRI
           Version: XOrg git
          Hardware: Other
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: DRM/Intel
          Assignee: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: martin.peres at free.fr
        QA Contact: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
                CC: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

The expected execution time is not taken into account when creating shard
lists, which may lead to execution times longer than the maximum execution time
of a shard. This means we can exceed the timeout of the shard execution (see
[1, 2]).

Let's discuss here how to handle this case as it is potentially killing any
sharded run, reducing our coverage!
