There are still "flip_done time out" errors. Currently it does not result in
kernel panic or kernel oops. However an unresponsive kernel has happened before
with this bug. This bug is not resolved; it is hardly possible to power down
after  "flip_done time out" and I cannot reliably switch TTY.
