Yes, Table 5.1.1 exclude 18bpp from the CTA range.

As I told i915 already provides the interface for manual override. That's on
the connector level. We are not adding another parameter or a sysfs interface.
The standard interface already exist.

If we don't keep the discussion at civilized levels I'm going to just close it
again.
