Sergey Menshikov, so does this issue happen everytime with drm-tip kernel?

If you were not able to reproduce 4.15.0.30 would be nice to get dmesg for that
one also in order to compare drm messages. Or did you mean that traces
themselves affect the behavior?

I saw at least a few messages, which seem rather suspicious to me:

Basically it waited for flipping operation to finish and then failed because of
timeout.
