One thing that is strange is that it seems that there is a hotplug in the
middle of modeset that is working correctly. Link train happens etc, but the is
a point with another hotplug.
Anyway,
Could you please use intel gpu tool to check
$ sudo intel_reg read 0xc2014
also it is good:
$ sudo intel_reg dump
and also please
$ sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_display_info

There is another thing really strange on the log.
At first sight I thought a PSR related message along to DP-1 was just a
pollution on our log, than when I was going to only print PSR msg if eDP I
noticed that our flow is already protected so this PSR related message
shouldn't be here:
