Allocate overlay from stolen

Took a bit of time before I had my i915gm in a usable test once again, sorry
for the delay. Revamp patch to avoid using the phys object, primary purpose is
to confirm that is what is causing the stutter. (Still baffling to me, the phys
object is attached just once for the lifetime of the driver and just stays
there!)
