    tests/gem_reset_stats: Fix retrieval of hangcheck stats expectation

We'll see soon. I did quick test on my SKL with the latest igt on almost latest
drm-tip vs igt without change above on almost latest drm-tip. With latest igt
params=Pass and with igt without change params=Fail. 

Reporters, please retest with the latest igt.
