CONFIG_DRM_I915_DEBUG_VBLANK_EVADE is meant for this. It complains if we ever
take longer than 100 us in vblank evasion, and how long this is. If it takes
longer than 100 us we possibly hit the underrun, which possibly could result in
a crash..

The sleep hack is only useful to check whether the DOUBLE_BUFFER_CTL patch
works as intended.
