/sys/class/drm/card0/error crash dump

Taking laptop out of suspend, the UI frequently hangs a few seconds after
resume for around 18 seconds. Occasionally it will hang indefinitely and must
be rebooted, but I'm unsure if that behavior is related to the momentary hang.

While in this hung state, I can't switch to another VT. I haven't tried Magic
SysRq in this state yet.

How to reproduce:
  Put laptop into suspend
  Resume from suspend and begin typing/mousing
  After ~3-5 seconds, UI will hang

These steps reliably reproduce the issue, as far as I can tell this happens
every time.

System info:
  $ uname -rvspio
  Linux 4.15.3-300.fc27.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Feb 13 17:02:01 UTC 2018 x86_64
x86_64 GNU/Linux

  Make/model: Asus UX303UB
