In fact this is quite clearly a network error:
After igt/gem_softpin/noreloc-s3 there is no response received by the
testrunner:

[49/80] skip: 17, pass: 29, fail: 3 |
running: igt/gem_softpin/noreloc-s3  

[49/80] skip: 17, pass: 29, fail: 3 /
FATAL: command execution failed
java.io.EOFException

After which the testrunner will reboot the machine:

Finished: FAILURE
Completed CI_IGT_test CI_DRM_3683/shard-glkb2/2 : FAILURE
CI_IGT_test runtime 551 seconds
Rebooting shard-glkb2


While tests are still running on the machine up to kms_plane_scaling, where
probably the above rebooting happens. Note that the last dmesg timestamp may
not match what you'd expect based on the timeout, since the dmesg time doesn't
account for the durations for system suspend/resumes.
