Went trough all run.log CI_DRM_3677 - CI_DRM_3684, only one incomplete where
igt at gem_tiled_swapping@non-threaded was run before:

However,

last test in run.log is:
igt/drv_suspend/debugfs-reader-hibernate

<7>[  154.190154] [IGT] drv_suspend: starting subtest debugfs-reader-hibernate

so more than 60 seconds rules out the previous non-threaded issue.

The "Last seen" calculation in cibuglog is not suitable for bugs with big
impact, and KBL hitting Link training on previously affected subtests.
