Looks like that patch went into xorg-server-1.20.0 and I'm still using 1.19.5.
I tried to apply the patch over the 1.19.5 version (a bad idea perhaps?) and
built xf86-video-intel at commit af36a4ab78cc0e2a85fa40d442bfb92df75dd217. That
stutters like before.
