I have tried to build the kernel 4.17.0-rc7+ from
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-tip.
Unfortunately, this issue still persist cannot be resolved.

I also uploaded an attachment here. It included dmesg, error dump, and my build
config. Hope it is helpful to resolve this issue.
