I couldn't reproduce it on my local BXT, I have so far. However I think I've
identified some commits, which introduce some new vblank handling changes, that
could affect this.

I've reverted those commits, and send to trybot:
https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/44570/ it looks that those were not
reproduced after that. However those don't happen with 100% rate, so still need
to figure out the way to reproduce those locally.
