Hello I think I am also affected by this bug, or similar.
Screen flickers constantly in random intervals.
Flickering does not appear while running windows or in bios.
To describe "flick" - display or its part becomes black or filled with random
pixels for a very short time. Sometimes "flick" appears more then once per
second.
When "flick" appears dmesg (with drm.debug=0xe) produces:
