Thanks for the updated patch. Though, this iteration brings the issue back at
least during boot when i915.ko is loaded: My J5005-ITX prints it's boot
messages after powering on the system. Then, when i915 first initialises the
hardware and switches the FB to 1080p50 (forced via
"video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080 at 50" on the kernel command line), I get the "No
signal" problem. Shortly after, when X and Kodi are started, the picture
returns due to some "xset" commands that are run. From within Kodi, playing a
23.976p movie and stopping (thus switching to 1080p50 again), picture remains
and there are no more issues. Maybe the connector check causes the initial
issue here?
