[Bug 104975] Delay in skl_disable_plane() causes a system freeze

After enabling the CONFIG_DRM_I915_DEBUG_VBLANK_EVADE on chromeos-4.14 kernel,
was able to see the warning messages and the issue/system hang. Please check
the attached logs.

On Marteen's 4.15 linux stable branch, with just couple of prints in
skl_disable_plane() was able to reproduce the issue/system hang.

Without the prints on Marteen's linux stable branch I do not see the
issue/system hang.
