This was reopend due to CFL-u. However I just discovered this maybe new thing
with the:
<7>[   39.903153] [drm:intel_dp_sink_crc_stop [i915]] TIMEOUT: Sink CRC counter
is not zeroed after calculation is stopped

ralated to this issue so I will close this again and use bug 105542
