Haven't been able to reproduce with this configuration again. However the last
reproduction took over 20 minutes. Will continue testing.

Confirmed in logs that the Options are being used correctly.

Issue not seen. Rendering appears to be in order and double buffered with the
extra crtc pixmap. Need to run this config more to validate.
