The file /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_gem_pageflip was removed with the legacy
flip code in 4.14-rc1 so I can't easily test any kernel more recent than that.

The hang still exists in 4.4.125 and the 4.4 series is supported for several
more years so the bug is still valid.
