Bug id=104330

If my operating system is CentOS 7.3 or update to kernel 4.16.7-1, it is
normal.
But when my operating system is CentOS 7.4 or update to kernel 4.16.7-1, it is
normal. With kernel 4.16.7-1, when I plug in the VGA cable after entering os,
the screen stops on the background but no login interface. See the picture of
attachment.
