dmesg log booting Ubuntu 18.04 Server

Log taken after booting Ubuntu 18.04 Server on NUC7PJYH using Samsung UE22H5005
(22" 1080p TV) as monitor. The HDMI signal was lost very shortly (1-2 seconds)
after the Ubuntu boot process started (I get to see a few of the boot log
printouts before the screen goes black).

Note: I turned the TV off and then on again to regain the picture after Ubuntu
had booted.
