I tried paulz's UDEV fix and I'm still getting crashes. I confirmed that the
changes in max frequency were correctly applied, but it didn't fix my problem.
The result was the same using kernel 4.15.15 (without i915_enable_rc6=0) or
kernel 4.16.8 (which doesn't recognize the rc6 parameter anyway).

I also tried setting the min and max frequency to an even lower number (200
MHz), but there seems to be a hard lower limit of 300 MHz (maybe because that's
what RP1_freq is set to and this parameter seems un-modifiable).
