Dmesg output from drm-tip with fastboot on T440s

I cloned drm-tip, built the kernel with default options+EFISTUB, booted with
fastboot (black screen), turned the screen off with `xset dpms force off` and
got normal graphical output after moving the mouse pointer to wake the screen
up again.
