Hi.

Same issue on a new Lenovo Ideapad 530s, having the same Intel graphics card.
However, if I connect a second display over HDMI, the laptop display flickers
while this other display is functioning just fine (doing this in mirror mode).

P.S.: This flickering issue was encountered on Ubuntu 18.04LTS and Debian 9.6,
but not on Windows 10, so it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem, or at least
not entirely.
