Hi,
Where in this there is failure to load fw? 
I only see: 
[drm:intel_csr_ucode_init] Loading i915/glk_dmc_ver1_04.bin
[drm] Finished loading DMC firmware i915/glk_dmc_ver1_04.bin (v1.4)

And comparing to our CKL's on CI
