dmesg with no fastboot and with fastboot using drm.debug=0x1e

When booting with the option i915.fastboot=1 in command line, the screen
brightness of Acer V3-772G laptop cannot be adjusted. When fastboot option is
removed, the screen brightness can be adjusted without issues.

Distro: Fedora 29
