Thank you for filing a bug for this.

Unfortunately the dmesg output starts too late (it is missing the initial setup
of the graphics).

Can you instead provide the output (the drm-debu.txt file) of:

journalctl -b0 | grep "drm:" > drm-debug.txt

For a boot with and without fastboot set, while keeping the drm.debug=0x1e ?
