[Bug 107866] GPU Hangs Abruptly

Today got another hang with following errors on dmesg.

[66562.914106] [drm:intel_pipe_update_end [i915]] *ERROR* Atomic update failure
on pipe B (start=1242982 end=1242983) time 1329 us, min 1073, max 1079,
scanline start 1033, end 0
[87748.971802] [drm:intel_cpu_fifo_underrun_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* CPU
pipe A FIFO underrun


This time, fortunately, gnome successfully restarted the session after 2 or 3
minutes of black screen, but all applications from previous session was closed.
