i915.enable_fbc=0 makes the issue go away

Re-enabling fbc, I also tried INTEL_DEBUG=norbc for mesa but the issue is still
there.

So this seems to be a bug with the i915 kernel driver framebuffer compression,
I'm adjusting the bug accordingly.
