Thanks for trying to fix this issue.

I will test again if this bug has been solved when the kernel arrives on my
Arch Linux system, which is currently at 4.18.14, which should contain the
possible fix.


Do you have an estimation in which new kernel version will this fix land, for
example 4.20, 4.21, ...?

Do you believe this will be backported to existing kernels and if so, do you
know in which v4.18.x / v4.19.x this will land?
