Our shard-snb have a random machine death; the only clue being a rare "GT
thread status wait_timed out" (and that is a known associate of HW death). So
at the moment, an unexplainable snb death should be taken with a pinch of salt
as it's likely to be the same. (Bug triaging by fixes, if we only knew how to
fix it.)
