The TV vblank timeouts are bug #93782, but I can't quite figure out what other
problems have been reported here so not sure if we want to mark this as a
duplicate.

Lots of talk about fbc in earlier comments which doesn't make sense considering
we don't enable fbc on these platforms by default.
