So the PWM1 complaint, afaict, is about the backlight being left on when the
displays are off. I think this is to us detecting the backlight HW state as
being enabled but the corresponding pipe being off (i.e. we inherit the state
from the BIOS and lack the wherewithal to sanitize it).
