dmesg from boot of drm-tip with: "pcie_aspm=force i915.enable_fbc=1
pcie_port_pm=off drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=4M"

That was faster than expected. Here you go, that's a log from drm-tip as of
25e1692db98d624ae01610ae4fee1e9247e19fe9. Issue prevails.
