[Bug 107546] Screen is frozen on second connection of DP MST dock

One thing that I noticed is that if I remove the computer from the dock with
the lid open, then everything works. If I remove from the dock with the lid
closed, then the only way to get back is to switch to terminal, restart X
(display-manager on Ubuntu) and move on.
